I felt each pair by hand after you submit the order form. Typical lead time is about 2–3 weeks; I'll confirm by email.

Postage

Postage is not included in the slipper prices on the website. I'll quote delivery cost by email before you pay.

Payment

You pay by email after I confirm your total (slippers + postage). This website does not take card payments.

Returns & exchanges

Your slippers are made to your size and colour choices, so they are bespoke. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom-made goods may not be cancellable once I start making them; I'll confirm timing by email.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If something is wrong with your order, contact me promptly at [email protected], and I'll work with you fairly.
